Mel currently emphasizes his pracitce in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Probate Law, having previously practiced business and real property law. He has handled contest of all kinds of arbitration and mediation in the above areas, including the informal settling of disputes, and as been appointed as arbitrator for several years by the Superior Court, San Mateo County. Mel has an "AV" rating by Martindale Hubbell, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mel is also a California Probate Referee appointed by the Controller of the State of California and designated by the San Mateo County Superior Court to appraise the non-cash assests in decedent's estates, as required by law.
